Everything you need to
inspect manholes from the surface.

TREKK360 is a complete, portable manhole inspection system built for fast setup, controlled capture, and efficient field work.

The TREKK360 system weighs under eight pounds when deployed over the manhole. The camera, motorized deployment rig, lighting system, reference board, and accessories pack into a Pelican case; the tripod travels in a separate sling bag.

One kit. One operator.
One complete inspection system.

TREKK360 was designed to make manhole inspections simpler in the field. Each component works together to help operators set up quickly, capture consistent 360° footage, and move efficiently from one structure to the next.

No oversized equipment. No complicated field setup. Just a lightweight system designed around the way inspection crews actually work.

What’s included in the TREKK360 system

OPTICAL CAPTURE

360° Camera

Capture high-resolution 360° video throughout the structure using the Insta360 X5. The system records up to 8K and is designed to provide clear footage in the dark, wet conditions commonly found inside sewer infrastructure.

SCENE ILLUMINATION

Stackable Lighting System

Dark structures require more than a good camera. TREKK360 includes two compact, stackable lights, each rated at 1,500 lumens, designed to illuminate the structure while maintaining a minimal footprint around the camera. The lighting helps reduce shadows and improve visibility throughout the inspection.

DEPLOYMENT SUPPORT

Carbon Fiber Tripod

The lightweight carbon fiber tripod centers the inspection system directly over the manhole opening and provides a stable platform for controlled deployment. Its portable design makes it easy to carry between inspection locations while keeping the camera aligned throughout the capture process.

MOTORIZED DESCENT & ASCENT

Motorized Deployment Rig

The motorized deployment rig lowers the camera into the structure and brings it back up to the surface, so no one has to lower or pull it up by hand. A single dial sets the motor speed: slow down for a closer look, or speed up to reach the invert. Steady, motor-driven travel helps reduce the movement and rotation that can affect inspection quality and downstream processing. The rig runs on a drop-in rechargeable battery pack.

POSITIONING AID

Reference Board

The reference board captures structure identification within the inspection video and provides scaling references for generating measurable 3D models. Simply position the tripod over the opening, place the reference board, and prepare the system for capture.

FIELD TRANSPORT

Field Accessories & Utility Carrier

The TREKK360 kit includes the supporting accessories needed to get the system set up and operating in the field. The camera and accessories pack into a Pelican case, while the tripod travels in a separate sling bag, keeping the complete inspection system organized and ready to move between structures.

EXTENDED REACH

Carbon Fiber Pole

The standard kit includes a 10-foot telescoping carbon fiber pole for field deployment. The lightweight construction helps keep the system portable while supporting inspection work across different structure configurations.

Built for field efficiency

Designed to Keep Crews Moving

~5 MIN INSPECTION

TREKK360 is designed around a simple setup, capture, and teardown process that takes approximately five minutes per manhole under typical conditions.

Setup, capture, retrieve, and move on

Typical Setup: tripod position + target alignment

UP TO 60 / DAY

Depending on site conditions, traffic control, and travel between structures, a single operator can complete up to 60 inspections per day.

No file transfer required between structures

Saves directly to memory card automatically

Field Note: Actual inspection times and daily production vary based on site conditions, travel distance, traffic control, structure configuration, and project requirements.

Capture once. Use the
data beyond the field.

TREKK360 inspection footage can support condition review and NASSCO coding workflows and can also serve as the foundation for measurable 3D models and point clouds. Process the footage through your preferred workflow or use optional TREKK360 Portal Services to turn field capture into organized, shareable inspection data.
