Camera Core
Insta360 X5
TREKK360 is designed for the dark, wet, and high-humidity environments commonly encountered in sewer infrastructure.
TREKK360 includes two compact, stackable lights designed to illuminate the manhole while maintaining a minimal footprint around the camera. Each light provides 1,500 lumens to improve visibility throughout the structure and reduce shadows.
Lighting Output
1,500 lumens per light (2 included)
Configuration
Stackable
Purpose
Improve visibility and reduce shadowing during inspection
The TREKK360 motorized deployment rig lowers the camera into the structure and brings it back to the surface while continuous 360° video is recorded. A single dial controls the motor speed, so operators can slow down for a closer look or speed up to reach the invert. Steady, motor-driven travel helps produce stable inspection footage for downstream review and processing.

Designed to Keep Crews Moving
~5 MIN INSPECTION
TREKK360 is designed around a simple setup, capture, and teardown process that takes approximately five minutes per manhole under typical conditions.

Typical setup: tripod position + reference board placement
UP TO 60 / DAY
Depending on site conditions, traffic control, and travel between structures, a single operator can complete up to 60 inspections per day.
No file transfer required between structures
Saves directly to memory card automatically
Field Note: Actual inspection times and daily production vary based on site conditions, travel distance, traffic control, structure configuration, and project requirements.
TREKK360 records one high-resolution 360° video per structure. From that single file, your team or ours can produce several different outputs, using whatever software or workflow you already run.
THE SOURCE
Every inspection starts here: one continuous 360° video of the whole structure, captured in a single pass. Everything to the right is made from it.
Up to 8K · saves to memory card · one pass per structure
WHAT IT BECOMES
DEFECT ANALYSIS
The footage provides the visual detail needed for qualified personnel to review conditions and assign defect codes.
3D MODELING
Inspection footage can be processed using photogrammetry to create measurable 3D models.
SPATIAL MAPPING
TREKK360 footage can serve as the source data for measurable point-cloud outputs.
GIS INTEGRATION
Inspection files can be associated with mapped assets to support GIS-based asset management workflows.
